Media Intelligence Agency (MIA) will provide the Services to the Client with all reasonable care and skill according to the order confirmation provided by MIA.
The charges for the Services shall be as set out in MIA’s order confirmation.

MIA cannot guarantee that the information provided will be complete, accurate or fit for the Client's purposes.  
MIA does not guarantee the accuracy of the news summaries of its media monitoring reports. The reports do not necessarily reflect the views of MIA, which does not assume any responsibility for any consequences flowing from reliance thereon.

The media monitoring reports may not be distributed without the express prior written consent of MIA.
MIA will only be liable to the Client for direct loss caused by its negligence or deliberate misconduct or deliberate default.

MIA will not be liable for any loss that is indirect, incidental, consequential or otherwise not reasonably foreseeable.

Any changes or additions to the Terms and Conditions must be agreed in writing by MIA.
