On a daily basis, the MIA Media Monitoring Unit produces a dozen of monitoring reports based on coverage of the most influential print, electronic and internet media in BiH, Croatia and Serbia (including Kosovo) keeping our clients informed not only about general political and economic developments in the region, but also tracking down issues of relevance to clients’ specific mandates and missions.

MIA products include Morning Media Brief and BiH Media Round-up, daily products containing summaries of the reports broadcast by the six most influential electronic media in BiH and articles published by ten most relevant dailies (published in BiH, Croatia and Serbia) distributed by 09:00 hrs and 13:00 hrs every day.

Electronic Media Monitoring report is a daily review of stories broadcast by the six most influential electronic media in BiH. Clients can also request a summary and/or transcripts of any of some 32 political TV magazines being monitored regularly. Reports are distributed by 06:00 AM every day.

The Unit also produces daily Serbia and Croatia media monitoring reports, MIA Kosovo Status Watch, and numerous specialized reports such as competition intelligence and industry trends reports keeping our clients abreast of the latest developments in specific fields and activities.

Based on media intelligence, MIA analysts prepare custom-made reports on a wide variety of the topics, including politics, economy, rule of law, security, etc. In addition to political analysis, MIA produces Public Relations evaluation reports serving as an objective analysis of the effectiveness of the client’s outreach campaign.

Brand/image/reputation assessments track client’s media exposure at any period of time ensuring a pro-active approach in creating new and adapting existing strategies. The Research and Archive unit answers any request at a record time.
